Apple Mountain is easy to reach from all points in New Jersey and neighboring Pennsylvania and New York via Major Highways. Travel time is approximately one and a half hour and approximately 80 miles from New York City
From the East
Morristown and New York City Rte 80 West to Exit 12 in Hope. Turn left at the Stop Sign onto 521 South. Straight through flashing light onto Rte 519 South. Continue straight through traffic light crossing Rte 46. At flashing light, turn left onto Rte 623. Go 4/10 mile and turn left onto Rte 624. Go 1 mile up hill to Golf Course on right. 15 minutes or 11 miles from Rte 80.
From Staten Island From the Outerbridge Crossing to 440 to 287 North to 78 West to Exit 17 in Clinton, onto Rte 31 North. Continue through Washington, then through traffic light at Jonestown Road. Turn left at next light in Oxford onto Wall St. which is Rte 624. Go up winding hill 1½ miles, Apple Mountain is on the left.
From Delaware Water Gap, Pa. Rte 80 East to Exit 4- B in Columbia onto Rte 46 East. Straight through one flashing light and one traffic light to next traffic light in Buttzville. Turn right onto Rte 519 South. At flashing light, turn left onto Rte 623 . Go 4/10 miles and turn left onto Rte 624. Go up hill one mile and Apple Mountain is on the right.
From Allentown/Easton, Pa. Rte 22 East through Phillipsburg, N.J. Bear left onto Rte 57. At second traffic light turn left onto Rte 519 North to Stop Sign; turn right to stay on Rte 519 North. Bear right before Belvidere to stay on Rte 519 North. At flashing light, turn right onto Rte 623. Go 4/10 mile and turn left onto Rte 624. Go up hill one mile and Apple Mountain is on the right.
From Trenton Area Rte 31 North through Flemington, Clinton and Washington to traffic light in Oxford. Turn Left onto Wall Street which is Rt. 624 and go up hill 1 ½ miles to Apple Mountain on left.
From the Jersey Shore Take the Garden State Parkway North to Rte 287 North. Follow Staten Island directions to 287 North.
